Swagger Return Policy
If an order was delivered with a missing product, Swagger shall refund the customer the value of the products as originally charged to the customer.
Please take note that all the refunds will be made according to the previous payment mode initiated by the customers and the time taken is depending on the refund policy of the appointed bank.
Swagger shall not be liable for all the cost, damage or loss that you may incur as a result in your processing said refund.
Return and replacement information
Please make sure you fulfill the requirement of refund/exchange as below upon seeking refund or replacement:
1) The delivered product is in a damaged condition or defective condition
2) The product is out of date from its expiry date
3) The wrong product is delivered according to your invoice
How to return the product
To replace the wrong delivered product to the right product, you need to return it with a reaction to send us the requisition of exchange product with given details including the return reason, PO number, attached invoice or proof of purchase and the photographic evidence to Swagger official email firstname.lastname@example.org . We will notify you and inspect the item within 5 working days once we received the returning item. We will reply to you with the shipping guideline and related shipping information. We will issue a refund according to your original payment method and you need to resubmit a new order from us to send you the replacement if your return is valid. We will not cover the delivery fee if your return is not valid.
You have 20 calendars days to return an item from the date you received it. We have the right to reject the returns of good which do not meet the criteria as below:
1) The product was opened or once used by the customer.
2) The product was in mistreatment or physically damaged from dropping.
3) The product has been purchased for more than 10 days.
4) The product has no defects.
The customer shall be responsible for the risk and the condition of the products to be returned before it reaches us.
