Currently, we are providing shipping to Malaysia only. Swagger doesn’t represent the courier company and many variations or unforeseen reason is subjected to the courier company. 

Shipping Charges

The shipping cost could be varied based on the weight and quantity of your order. You may proceed to checkout page during your online purchase and the shipping charges will be displayed.

Swagger Delivery Policy

If you are not at home to receive your order, please contact our carrier for further information or your self-pickup arrangement. We will refund the amount paid minus the delivery charges, storage fees (if any) and penalty imposed by the courier company for returning the parcel to us if the parcel is returned to us due to uncollected/undelivered parcel.

Your order processing could be delayed if you fill out the inaccurate information or incomplete payment which fails to process your order. Kindly ensure your shipping details are accurate as we don’t allow any amendment once your order is shipped.  

We will cancel and refund the transaction of not-in-stock.

Delivery Lead time

We only deliver your order during the business day. 

Our business day is from Monday to Friday, except for holidays.

Order confirmation after 6 pm will be forward to the next business day. 

We will take 15 business days to fulfill your order subject to certain circumstances. 

The date of delivery time may vary due to the shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery. We have the right to separate your ordered products in different shipments subject to a certain condition including the shipping policy of the appointed carrier. 

During promotional period or peak online sales, orders and deliveries may take a longer time than usual period. 

Shipping method and delivery times 

Please take note that we could pack and ship your order on the same day if you place your order on a certain public holiday of the year but the transit time is subject to the arranged carrier’s possession.


In the event that the parcel is held at custom due to the customer refused to pay the certain additional charges requested by the authorities or department, Swagger shall not liable for the lost if courier company proceed to abandon the orders after certain holding period according to their policy and the order will not be refunded.

Swagger shall not take responsibility if the order is undeliverable due to error or omission on the part of the customer after its arrival. The order/parcel shall be considered unclaimed. 

Swagger shall not entertain any re-delivery request.

Swagger shall not entertain any request from the customer for cancellation or refund the confirmed order if the order is processed for delivery.
